Parent Duty Roster

Warragul Little Athletics uses an on-line portal called Sign Up Genius where families can select their duty roles for their Parent Duty.  Families will be expected to complete 5-6 duties over the season. The sign up roster will be published in advance so families can best plan their duties over the season and ensure you are able to choose duties and dates that suit your family. 

We don’t expect any person to be an expert or to have any previous experience, however there are some roles that are easier for parents that do have some experience such as the starter assistant and circular finish line roles. However, don’t let that put you off as we are always more than happy to help teach you a role! 

The sign up roster is designed to give families more say over when and what duties they are rostered to and to minimise weekly admin tasks required by the committee. Please helps us and sign up to your required duties in advance! Checks will be undertaken throughout the season and families that have not signed up to any or enough duties will be signed up to fill any spaces, you will be notified by email a few days before the meet if this is the case.  

Please check in with the Secretary, Nicole before the start of the meet (table outside the office/canteen) to have your name checked off and collect anything required for your duty. 

If you are unsure of your task just find a committee member in an orange shirt and they can guide you on the day. 

Please Note: Due to supervision by committee, working with children checks are not required to undertake duties.
