Not just a Gym, We're a Club.
As a club that promotes connection and encourages community, we aim to empower all individuals who come to us to thrive – regardless of age, shape, size or fitness level.
Our state-of-the-art facilities allow a diverse range of training and workout regimes. We motivate members to maximise their full potential by offering a variety of weekly, group and virtual classes, with a Ladies Only area, Reformer Pilates area, Kids Corner, and our new family hours.
Members enjoy 24/7 access so they can train when it suits them best.
